Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday). Our primary shipping carrier, USPS, operates Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates only. Delays occurring after the package has been collected by the postal service are beyond our control.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Canada
  • Netherlands
  • New Zealand
  • United Kingdom

Please be aware that you may be responsible for any country-specific taxes and duties charged by your local government for importing items. Unfortunately, we are unable to control these fees.

Due to the high costs associated with international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the United States.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipping within the United States will not incur any additional duties, taxes, or fees. International orders may be subject to country-specific taxes and duties imposed by your local government. As these fees are beyond our control, we recommend consulting your country's customs office for more information.

Lost Packages

We are unable to reship packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing or stolen, please contact your local post office to open an inquiry.

Packaging

We are dedicated to minimizing our environmental impact by using plastic-free packaging materials. Our shipping boxes are made from 100% recycled materials, and we utilize biodegradable, plant-derived adhesives and backing for our water-activated tape.

Additionally, we include a complimentary reusable pouch with each order for transit safety and future use.
